Macebell
What it's for
For building rotational strength, shoulder resilience and core control through movements that standard barbells and dumbbells can't replicate. The long lever and offset head create torque that challenges stabilising muscles through circular swings, presses and lunges.
How it works
The weight sits in a solid steel ball at the end of a 93cm shaft. This offset loading means the mace wants to pull away from you, forcing your grip, shoulders and core to work constantly to control it. Even light weights feel demanding because of the lever length.
Designed for everyday use
The black powder coat finish protects against moisture, chips and surface wear. The 1.2mm diamond knurl pattern gives your hands a secure grip without being aggressive enough to tear skin during high-rep work or flowing transitions.
Storage & space
Stands upright in a corner or lays flat against a wall. The 93cm length means it takes up minimal floor space. No special rack required.
Good to know
