Need an update on your order? The fastest way is via your order email or your account. Follow the steps below — and if you’re stuck, we’ll help.

How to track your order

  1. Order email: Search your inbox for “Fun & Sport” or your order number (e.g. #1001) and click View your order. That link shows your live status timeline and courier tracking.
  2. Signed-in customers: Go to Account to see all orders, statuses and tracking in one place.
  3. Need help? Contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Typical timeframes (UK)

  • Processing: Orders placed before 2pm dispatch the same working day (Mon–Fri); after 2pm dispatch the next working day.
  • Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch for mainland UK.
  • Tracking updates: Couriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after handover.

FAQs

I checked out as a guest — can I still track my order?
Yes. Use the View your order link in your confirmation email. You can also create an account with the same email to pull past orders into your dashboard.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet — is that normal?
It can take 24–48 hours for the first courier scan to appear after we hand over your parcel. If it’s longer than that, get in touch.

I can’t find my confirmation email — what now?
Check spam/junk and search for “Fun & Sport”. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your name, postcode and payment reference so we can locate the order.
