Typical timeframes (UK)
Processing: Orders placed before 2pm dispatch the same working day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 2pm dispatch the next working day.
Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch for mainland UK.
First scan: Couriers can take 24–48 hours after handover to show the first tracking update.

I checked out as a guest — can I still track my order?
Yes. Use the View your order link in your confirmation or shipping email to see live updates. You can also create an account using the same email address to pull past orders into your dashboard.
My tracking hasn't updated yet — is that normal?
Yes. After we hand your parcel to the courier, it can take 24–48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear. If it's been longer than that, please contact us and we'll check it for you.
I can't find my confirmation email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder and search for "Fun & Sport" or your order number (for example, #1001). If you still can't find it, contact us with your name, postcode, and payment reference, and we'll locate the order.
My order says delivered, but I don't have it — what now?
Start by checking around your delivery location and with neighbours. Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll help investigate with the courier.
How long does delivery usually take?
For mainland UK, we dispatch same working day on orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri), or next working day after. Delivery is typically 3–5 working days from dispatch. Delays can occasionally happen during busy periods, but we'll always help if something doesn't look right.
