What it's for

The Ab Wheel with Knee Mat is a compact core training tool for building abdominal strength, stability, and core control through controlled rolling movement. As the wheel extends forward, the abdominals, shoulders, hips, and lower back work together to maintain position and resist collapse — turning a simple rollout into a demanding full-body exercise.

The 95mm wide base provides more lateral stability than a narrow ab wheel, making it more approachable for beginners while remaining effective for experienced users working on range and control.

How it works

Grip the EVA foam handles, place the wheel on the floor, and roll forward under control with the core engaged. The large silent roller and textured TPR rubber tread maintain smooth, quiet traction on gym floors, yoga mats, and smooth indoor surfaces without marking or damaging the floor. The 1.2mm thickened steel bar and reinforced PP wheel core keep the structure stable under load.

The included 6mm non-slip knee mat cushions the knees on hard floors, making regular training sessions more comfortable without needing a separate mat.

Storage & space

The handles detach from the steel bar for disassembly. Separated into wheel, bar, and handles, the full kit fits easily into a gym bag, cupboard, or shelf. At 0.7 kg, it's light enough to move between rooms or take when travelling.
