How it works

Yellow plastic rungs thread through heavy-duty nylon straps and sit flat on any surface. Each rung slides along the strap and locks into place, letting you set spacing anywhere up to 15 inches. Tighter spacing builds quick, precise footwork. Wider spacing demands longer strides and more output. Set it once, and the ladder holds its position throughout your session.

Designed for everyday use

The rungs are rigid enough to stay visible and flat under foot traffic without cracking or warping. Bright yellow colouring keeps the grid easy to read at speed — important when you're moving quickly and placing your feet accurately. The 3m ladder has 6 rungs, the 5m has 10, and the 8m has 16. The 3m works well indoors or in smaller spaces. The 5m suits most general training. The 8m gives coaches and advanced users longer drill sequences without resetting. All sizes can be used on grass, indoor flooring, tarmac, and hard surfaces.
