Body Composition Scale

What it’s for
This scale is for understanding what your body is made of — not just what it weighs. It helps you track fat, muscle, hydration, and overall body composition over time, whether you’re training, maintaining, or simply paying closer attention to your health.

How it works
The scale uses an 8-point bioelectrical impedance system, measuring through both feet and a retractable hand-held bar. This creates a full-body measurement path, allowing it to estimate upper body, core, and lower body composition instead of relying on leg-only data.

Designed for everyday use
Measurements take around 15 seconds and can be taken with or without your phone nearby. Results appear instantly on the colour display, while measurements are stored on the device and synced to the app automatically when you reconnect.

Storage & space
The handle retracts neatly into the body of the scale when not in use, keeping the platform slim and easy to store under beds, sofas, or in cupboards without taking up unnecessary space.

Tracking & feedback
The scale tracks 28 body metrics including visceral fat, skeletal muscle, protein mass, bone mass, body water, and weight. Trends are shown clearly on the screen and in the app, making it easier to see meaningful changes over time — even when scale weight stays the same.

Good to know
Multiple modes support athletes, families, and pregnancy, including a zero-current option for safe weight-only measurements. The scale recognises users automatically and syncs with Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, and Samsung Health via the Fitdays app.
