How it works
Loop the padded anchor over the top of a closed door (opening away from you) so it sits securely on the opposite side. Thread the 3M strap through the metal D-ring and place your foot into one of the two adjustable loops.
Step back and use the strap to guide your leg into position. The D-ring allows instant tension adjustment by shortening or lengthening the strap. The padded anchor protects the door surface and frame.
The woven webbing is soft against the skin — no rope burn during longer holds. Lightweight enough to pack into the included storage bag and take anywhere.
Try These Stretches
Hamstring stretch
Lie on your back, loop the strap around your foot, and gently pull your leg toward you. Hold for 30–60 seconds each side.
Hip flexor stretch
Stand facing the door, loop the strap around your ankle, and step back to create tension. Hold for 30–60 seconds.
Calf stretch
Stand upright, loop around the ball of your foot, and pull gently while keeping your leg straight. Hold for 30–60 seconds.
Side leg raise stretch
Stand sideways to the door, loop around your ankle, and raise your leg out to the side with strap support.
Seated hip opener
Sit on a chair facing the door, loop the strap around your ankle, and gently raise your leg to improve hip mobility with full back support.
