Heavy-Duty Exercise Sandbag

What it's for

A heavy-duty fitness sandbag for building functional strength through carries, squats, cleans, and over-the-shoulder lifts. The shifting sand creates an unstable load that forces constant adjustments from your hips, trunk, and shoulders — working stabilisers harder than fixed weights.

It's also effective for conditioning. Sandbag circuits that combine lifts and carries deliver a strong cardio stimulus without needing separate equipment.

How it works

The rounded, stone-like shape is easy to lap, hug, and shoulder — replicating heavy object lifting without rigid handles or fixed balance points.

Fill the built-in filler bag with sand, pebbles, or rubber mulch to your target weight. Zip it closed, then seal with the double Velcro closure.

Designed for everyday use

1050D Cordura nylon with triple-stitched seams makes this a training sandbag built to last — handling repeated drops, drags across rough surfaces, and outdoor sessions. Safer to drop indoors than metal or stone implements and far less likely to damage floors when used on a mat.

Storage & space

Stores upright in a corner or garage — empty bags fold flat for transport.
