How it works
The two boards adjust independently — connect them for wider-stance movements or separate them to match your shoulder width, hip position, or the exercise you're doing. Each board sits on a spring-loaded base that loads under your weight during extensions and provides controlled assistance on the return, helping maintain smoother, more controlled reps under fatigue.
Resistance bands anchor directly to each board and route through handle loops, adding tension to pulling and pressing movements without separate attachments.
The built-in digital display tracks reps, calories, workout duration, and session metrics in real time, cycling between modes via a single button. USB-C charging keeps it simple between sessions without needing a phone or separate timer.
Connected, the board supports ski simulations, standing lunges, and wide-stance balance work. Separated, each board works independently for core rollouts, mountain climbers, kneeling exercises, and single-leg training.
Designed for everyday use
The platform surface uses EVA and TPE padding — firm enough to hold position under load, with enough give to make kneeling and elbow-supported exercises comfortable over longer sets. Included knee and elbow pads add a further layer of cushioning for floor-based work.
Non-slip base pads grip smooth floors and yoga mats without marking or sliding. The split design adjusts to accommodate different stance widths, making it comfortable for a wide range of body sizes and training styles. The 136 kg load capacity handles bodyweight training, loaded resistance band work, and dynamic movements without losing stability.
Storage & space
Each board measures 85 × 14.7 × 8.5 cm and folds flat for storage. Stacked together, the two boards take up roughly the footprint of a folded yoga mat at a fraction of the depth — sliding under a bed, into a wardrobe, or standing upright in a corner. Built-in hooks on each board also allow them to hang flat against a wall or behind a door, keeping them off the floor entirely.
