Recovery Gun Pro
What it's for
Targeted muscle recovery between sessions — and a faster transition out of training than passive rest provides.
Training creates stimulus. Recovery creates adaptation. Without deliberate restoration, tension accumulates quietly. Range of motion decreases. Sessions start feeling heavier than they should. The Recovery Gun Pro helps you reset between efforts so you wake up ready instead of wrecked.
Use it immediately after training on the muscles you worked, on rest days to manage accumulated tension, or before sessions as part of a warm-up preparation routine. The hot and cold attachment heads extend its use into contrast therapy — targeted heat and cold applied directly to worked muscle groups.
How it works
Five adjustable speed levels let you tailor intensity to the muscle group and current tension. Start lower on sensitive areas or during warm-up preparation. Increase intensity for larger muscle groups — quads, glutes, hamstrings. The rotatable arm positions the percussion head exactly where you need it. Rear delts, mid-back, and hip flexors become reachable without awkward angles.
Integrated heat heads promote circulation and deeper relaxation. Cold heads help calm worked muscle groups and support nervous system reset. Together they make targeted contrast therapy possible without ice baths or a sauna — the same opposing signals applied directly to specific muscle groups.
Seven interchangeable heads allow targeted application:
- Ball head: Large muscle groups — quads, calves, glutes
- Flat head: Back and chest
- Cushion head: Sensitive areas and joint-adjacent zones
- U-shape head: Along the spine and neck
- Palm head: Hands and feet
- Cone tissue head: Deep trigger points
- Bullet head: Precision work on smaller areas
Wireless and portable. The 2000mAh battery delivers up to six hours of runtime. Type-C charging works with standard cables.
Designed for everyday use
The rotatable arm and seven-head system mean one tool covers the full range of post-training muscle work — from broad coverage on quads and hamstrings to precision work on specific tension areas and joint-adjacent zones. No adjustment between use cases beyond swapping the head and repositioning the arm.
Five to ten minutes of targeted work immediately after training is enough to prevent tension from accumulating into restriction. The six-hour battery handles multiple sessions between charges. Type-C charging means no proprietary cables — standard wall adapter, laptop port, or power bank all work.
Compact enough to use trackside, at a gym, or post-run before the drive home. Quiet enough at under 45dB that it doesn't require a private space.
Storage and space
Comes with a carry case that holds the gun, all seven heads, and the charging cable. Stores in a kit bag, bedside drawer, or desk — wherever it's most likely to be used. No charging dock required.
Good to know
The hot and cold heads make the Recovery Gun Pro the only tool in a recovery setup that applies contrast therapy with precision — targeted heat and cold directly to specific muscle groups, reaching areas a full ice bath or sauna cannot isolate. For the reasoning behind why that transition matters, why contrast therapy works for recovery covers it.
