Aqua Ball | Water-Filled Medicine Ball

What it's for

A water-filled medicine ball that adds shifting instability to every rep. The spherical shape suits bear hugs, front-loaded squats, rotational chops, and partner drills — anywhere a standard medicine ball would work, but with a load that never fully settles.

The moving water forces your body to keep reacting throughout the movement — not just when the load first changes direction. That makes it ideal for conditioning and building reactive stability without relying on heavy weight.

How it works

Twist off the cap, press the spring switch to open the valve, and fill with water to your target weight. Close the valve, then use the included pump to inflate and tighten the cap to seal. Weight markers on the shell show 5kg, 10kg, and 15kg fill levels.

Less water means more movement inside the ball — increasing instability and reactive demand. Start around 30–50% capacity to feel the effect, then adjust as needed.

Designed for everyday use

The durable PVC shell handles regular indoor or outdoor training. Dual textured handles stay secure during carries, chops, and dynamic movements where grip control matters.

Storage & space

Empty the water, deflate, and store flat. Takes up far less room than a rack of traditional medicine balls.
