What it’s for

For high-rep conditioning, warm-ups, and stability work where instability matters more than heavy load. The shifting water turns simple movements — curls, presses, raises, squats, lunges — into balance and coordination challenges without needing heavier weight.

The 5kg max keeps it joint-friendly and beginner-accessible, while still offering a genuine training stimulus for experienced lifters looking to add instability work alongside heavier lifts.

How it works

Twist off the cap, press the spring switch to open the valve, and fill with water to your target weight. Close the valve, then use the included pump to inflate and tighten the cap to seal.

The less water you add, the more it sloshes — increasing instability and reactive demand. Adjust in small increments to match the exercise or your training level.

Designed for everyday use

Puncture-proof PVC shell with welded seams handles regular use indoors or outdoors. The padded top handle stays comfortable during longer sets and high-rep work.

Storage & space

Empty the water, deflate, and store flat. Weighs almost nothing when empty — fits in a drawer, gym bag, or suitcase.

Good to know

5kg maximum capacity. Ships empty with pump included. We recommend filling over a drain or outdoors the first time to confirm the seal before indoor use.
