Water & Sand Adjustable Kettlebell

What it's for

A water or sand-filled kettlebell for flexible strength training at home or on the go — without the bulk, noise, or floor impact of cast iron kettlebells.

Use water for a lighter, shifting load that builds control and coordination. Use sand for a heavier, more stable training feel focused on strength and conditioning.

Unlike cast iron kettlebells, the load changes depending on fill. Unlike a sandbag, the shape stays close to a traditional kettlebell profile while still allowing slight movement under load.

How it works

Open the top fill valve, add water or sand to your desired weight, then seal and secure the closure system.

The offset handle creates natural kettlebell mechanics, allowing the load to hang beneath the hand for swings, cleans, presses, and squats.

To store, simply empty and roll the bell flat for compact storage or transport.

Designed for everyday use

Durable nylon outer shell with reinforced internal lining handles regular training indoors or outdoors.

The soft padded handle reduces pressure on the hands during high-rep swings, making longer sessions more comfortable than rigid metal kettlebells.

Storage & space

Fills upright into a full kettlebell shape when in use. When empty, rolls flat for easy storage in drawers, cupboards, or travel bags.
