What it's for

For conditioning circuits, grip training and high-output cardio when time is tight. This weighted skipping rope (also known as a weighted jump rope) is built to challenge your strength and conditioning with every swing, not to chase speed.

How it works

The weight is carried through the full length of the rope rather than just the handles. Your shoulders, forearms and grip share the load from the first swing. It moves slower than a lightweight rope but demands far more from every repetition.

The handles connect directly to the rope with no swivel, giving each rotation a more deliberate feel, closer to a battle rope than a light speed rope. You work against the rope's momentum through the whole movement rather than spinning it quickly.

Designed for everyday use

The 25mm braided core is wrapped in a durable nylon sleeve that handles concrete, rubber mats, and outdoor surfaces without fraying. The sleeve helps protect the rope from abrasion, keeping it smooth and durable through repeated outdoor use.

Storage & space

At 3 metres fixed, the rope coils neatly but isn't adjustable. It suits average adult heights, so check the fixed length and your available ceiling clearance before buying.
