What it’s for

For building the kind of stability fixed weights don’t train. The water inside moves independently — sloshing and oscillating with every rep — so your body has to react continuously, not just once when the load shifts. This reactive demand is what makes water-based training unique.

Use it for squats, lunges, cleans, carries, presses, and rotational work. The unstable resistance forces your body to work harder at lower absolute loads, making it useful for functional strength, injury prevention, and improving movement quality.

How it works

Add water through the end-cap valve, leaving air space so the water can move. A small amount of dye can be added to improve visibility of the moving load. Use the included pump to inflate the bag once filled.

The less water you add, the more it sloshes — increasing instability and reactive demand. More water means a heavier, slightly more stable load. Start around 30–50% capacity to feel the reactive effect, then adjust from there.

Designed for everyday use

The heavy-duty PVC shell with welded seams handles drops, swings, and outdoor use. Reinforced neoprene handles stay comfortable during longer sets and give you multiple grip options along the body of the bag.

The soft shell design is forgiving on floors and joints, and safer if it contacts your body during cleans or shouldering drills.

Storage & space

Empty the water, roll it flat, and store it in a drawer, cupboard, or bag. Takes up almost no room when not in use.

Good to know

Available in 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg maximum capacities. Ships empty with a pump included. Leak-proof valve seals securely. We recommend filling over a drain or outdoors the first time to confirm the seal before indoor use.
