How it works

The 180cm cabin provides full upright space in a compact 54cm × 54cm footprint. A lightweight fiberglass frame supports the 5-layer insulated shell for stable, repeatable assembly.

The 5-layer wall construction traps heat efficiently:

This layered system maintains consistent internal temperature while minimising heat loss.

The external steam generator delivers adjustable heat between 41°C and 54°C with remote control operation. 360° steam circulation distributes warmth evenly throughout the cabin — no cold spots, consistent exposure.

Zip closed. Sit comfortably on the included folding chair. Allow heat to build gradually. Typical pre-heat time: 5–8 minutes to reach effective working temperature.

Designed for everyday use

The sauna is built for regular, unsupervised use at home. Assembly is tool-free — numbered pole sections connect in sequence, base first, then verticals, then the top structure — and takes 10 to 12 minutes initially, less with repetition. The 54cm × 54cm footprint fits comfortably in a bedroom, home gym, or garden without requiring a dedicated space.

Two to three sessions per week after training or on rest days is a typical pattern. The 5 to 8 minute pre-heat time means sessions can be integrated into a post-training routine without significant additional time. Remote temperature control means no adjustments once you're inside.

Storage and space
