How it works

Cold water therapy works best when temperature stays consistently low. Standard single-layer tubs lose cold quickly, requiring frequent ice top-ups and making sessions less effective. The multi-layer insulated wall construction slows heat transfer — an outer nylon shell protects a thermal EPE insulation layer and temperature-lock coating, with an inner PVC liner holding water. The cold stays where you need it for longer.

Six structural support rods slot into base sleeves to create a stable frame. The reinforced inflatable top ring adds comfort and prevents collapse during use. The foam-insulated base cushions the bottom and protects flooring.

Fill with cold water, add ice and step in. The 75cm oval design gives enough space to sit comfortably with legs extended. The built-in drainage valve and detachable hose make emptying straightforward when finished.

Designed for everyday use

Setup is tool-free and takes under ten minutes the first time, under three once familiar. Six rods slot into base sleeves, the top ring inflates with the included hand pump, and the drainage valve attaches before filling. No specialist knowledge required.

The 75cm × 75cm footprint works in a bathroom, garden, or utility space — anywhere with access to a drain or outdoor drainage. Cold water and ice are the only consumables. The drainage valve and detachable hose mean emptying takes a couple of minutes rather than tipping and carrying.
