At 120cm long, the Long Pod allows you to recline with legs fully extended. The horizontal lay-back design creates a more controlled immersion posture than upright tubs — better for sustained sessions, more comfortable for taller users, and more practical for structured cold therapy as a regular practice.

Two integrated rear ports accept connections to compatible external chillers. Start with ice. Upgrade to active temperature control when your setup calls for it. This is structured cold therapy with room to scale.

How it works

Cold water therapy works best when temperature holds. The multi-layer insulated wall construction — outer nylon shell, thermal insulation layer, waterproof barrier, inner PVC liner — slows heat transfer and maintains colder water throughout sessions without constant ice top-ups.

The horizontal oval design (120cm × 60cm × 55cm) balances extended legroom with a compact overall footprint. A reinforced frame and support structure stabilise the base. The inflatable thermal top ring adds comfort and structural integrity during use.

Two integrated rear ports are built into the structure and can be adapted for compatible external water chillers — giving you more consistent water temperature, reduced reliance on ice, and greater control over session temperature.

The ports remain sealed when not in use. The chiller itself is sold separately; the Long Pod provides the infrastructure to integrate one when your setup is ready.

Designed for everyday use

Setup is tool-free and takes under ten minutes. Integrated panels and support rods secure the frame, the top ring inflates with the included manual pump, and the drainage tap attaches before filling. If connecting a chiller, the rear ports adapt without additional tools.

The 120cm × 60cm footprint works in a bathroom, garden, utility space, or home gym — anywhere with drainage access. Cold water and ice are the only consumables for standalone use. The bottom outlet tap and detachable pipe make emptying straightforward. A carry bag and external dust cover are included for sessions away from home or periods between use.

Storage and space

Disassembles fully between sessions. The insulated shell, support rods, and top ring break down to a compact form that packs into the included carry bag. No permanent installation, no dedicated space required between sessions.
